Located in one of Cardiff’s oldest Victorian arcades, High Street Arcade, Rouge offers a wide selection of beautiful clothes and accessories. Our gorgeous clothes will suit women of all ages, as they have been handpicked by owner Frédérique and her daughter Sophie.
At Rouge, we aim to offer a welcoming shopping experience, where you will find that special something, whether for work, the weekend, a night out or a special occasion.
